suspension; setting up of suspension

hi,
ah_huat has brought up a point abt suspension set up. the adjustabilty of 2day suspension rivals that of a factory works unit less than a decade back.
the key 2 the start of setting up yr suspension is the static suspension sag.
both the front n rear units need 2 have static sag but how many riders out there made such adjustments?

its pointless 2 start playing with the clickers cos the spring action is either 2 soft or hard which will affect the rebound.

the info on yr sag can be found in yr owners manual.

:)

Master Rookie only one in Singapore certified by Race Tech, no way out of this now hehe...
How about joining us in Nusa one morning and help riders with basic setup like sag and basic clicker settings? Can bring your bike too for a bit of fun for you as well. My trailer have free space coming Sun and driver would be privileged to transport your good self to the track while dreaming about cornering like Stefan Everts.. ;)

Master Wang : Its not about sarbo lah, since we are one group of friends riding together, with better set up, we will enjoy this hobby more, I understand you are busy with family, thats why we hope you can find that tiny bit of time to share with us the principles about suspension. Better Understanding translate to having more fun within a safe margin.

Great Grand Master Edward : with your vast experience, and producing such a fine student like Master Wang, we have always look up to you. Hence you can share with us about suspension as well, in terms of applications. What kinda terrain and situation you have experience and how you overcome it.

He he he

Its great to be aquinted with ppl like to two masters and Benny, who share unconditionally, makes me emo...boohoohoo
