Use a water resistent. high load bearing grease. there are some blue in colour grease in tin cans. just buy them from the hardware shop. labour not too sure. should cost around 100. wheel bearings get those sealed ones. either metal seal or rubber. replace wheel bearings when u change ur tyres.dont save on those small bearings.

hi barakuda, if u r doing it by yrself than i would suggest as wat djebel has mentioned..the current best grease dats out 4 dirt riding use is the maxima grease (u can get it from Hup Hin in bukit merah) or if u r sending it 2 the shop than u will be at the mercy of the shop. they will grease it still but the quality of grease is juz normal. or u can get hup hin 2 use the maxima grease that u buy of them n get yr bearings done there! the price also varies from shop 2 shop...but remember the golden rule - wat u pay is wat u get!
