Ladies and Gents,

Dates finalised and race is on!

3rd October at Nusa
Track will be the same as round 2 but in reverse but expect a few new surprises to be thrown in.

Classes:
Expert - 2hrs
Intermediate - 2hrs
Novice - 1 1/2 hrs

Registration fee SGD $50

Registration date and location will be posted later once confirmed.

Sure to be another great race.

Anyone who can help with marking the track, registration, lap scoring etc let myself or funtime know.

Note for those planning to race, there is a very good oportunity to get some practice this coming weekend on the 19th in the enduro class at the Nusajaya MX. This will be a motocross but with an enduro class that will do part of the enduro track for those of you not too fond of MX. 2 x 30min enduro races in the jungles of Nusajaya.

Its going to be a great couple of weekends racing!

Confirmed the Rnd 3 Nusajaya X-Country race stays on the 3rd no changes.

There had been some talk about a clash with an MX race at Desaru but the MX is very disorganised and the race date has chaged twice in the last two days.

We will stick with our date that has been firm for the last month as I know many people have started to make plans for the day work and family wise.

I'll post full details of the race soon. See you then!

sounds good..and totally agree that the race date should remain firm as the enduro date was announced before the desaru race date was mentioned.
will there be a cut off date for entries?
any place in mind for a riders sign up at nite?

cheers

5 days to go everyone!
Pull that bike out check the chain, sprockets, brake pads, nuts and bolts are all tight and then you're good to go.
Track as mentioned before will be very similar to last round but in reverse. This will make all the experts who battled with the big hill last time very happy!
Intermediate track will not be a tough as the last round but will still be a challenge.
Novice is a nice flowing mixture of single track and logging roads. No big hills and plenty of fun.

A few amendments to the information previously posted please read carefully below:

Sign on can be done at Dirtwheel this week or at the track on the day. If you're planning to sign on at the track get there early 08:30 so that we can keep things moving and on time.

Sign in at the track will finish at 09:30 and there will be no more entries after that time.
If you're late bad luck so make sure your alarm is set and you’re on time.
Entry fee for MSSC club members $50
Entry fee non MSSC club members $60
Entry fee Malaysian Residents $70rm
Note – Your entry fee will allow us to pay for land use at Nusa for the month of October so that you can ride there for free for the rest of the month. Please support this event so that we can maintain a good relationship with the caretaker and ensure you have land access in the future.

Program for the day

Sign on 08:30 - 09:30
Riders briefing 09:30
Novice race start 10:00
Expert race start 11:15
Intermediate race start 11:45
Prize giving 14:00

Format is the same as round 2.

Novice 1 hour
Intermediate 1 1/2 hour
Expert 2 hour

Race is open to all comers and all types of bikes. A scooter with nobby tires can also participate in the race! We do however want to make sure its safe and fun for everyone so make sure your bike is in reasonably good condition and you have a helmet, eye protection, and boots as a minimum.
The gate at the hanger will be opened from 08:00 on the morning of the race so you can drive in to the hanger. It will be closed during racing to avoid any accidents with cars and bikes.
I believe that there will be some catering at the pits as per usual to keep you all feed and happy.
Going to be another great race, see you then.
